Acer Iconia W700 vs Dell Latitude 10 :Which is better?

Acer Iconia W700                                                                                                                                     The Acer Iconia W700 can work as a tablet or a small desktop, and it has a high-res screen and excellent battery life.
But, The non-adjustable stand limits viewing angles, and you'll need an external mouse or touch pad for efficient Windows navigation.
The bottom line: One of the only Core i5 slate-style Windows 8 systems we've seen, the Acer Iconia W700 asks few compromises for full-time use, but the design isn't for everyone.                                                     Specifications

But, With an Intel Atom processor, performance is limited, and some apps seem far better optimized for the hardware than others. Storage is limited to 64GB, and USB connections are all the slower 2.0 type.
The bottom line: The price difference between an Atom tablet such as the Dell Latitude 10 and a Core i5 one doesn't seem large enough to justify the performance gap. But, the Latitude 10 makes up for it in part with a very long-lasting battery.
