Dell Inspiron Duo vs Apple iPad 2 :Who is the winner?

Dell Inspiron Duo                                                                                                                                                             The Dell Inspiron Duo is an innovative netbook / tablet PC hybrid with a screen that revolves so it can be used as either a traditional laptop or a convertible tablet. The 1366 x 768-pixel resolution is sharp inside the 10.1-inch screen, while the spacious keyboard provides a great typing experience, despite a bit of flexibility. Those who want to edit and type in word documents will have no problem using the device for hours on end.Inventive design; finger-friendly touch interface; reasonably priced.
But, Sluggish software; no SD card slot, Ethernet jack, or video output; unimpressive battery life.
The bottom line: With zippier hardware and a better battery, the flip-screen Dell Inspiron Duo could be a solid multimedia tablet/laptop combo.                                                         Specifications

That beats Apple's own claims, and bests its nearest competitor -- the Xoom -- by about 2 hours.
But, The iPad's screen resolution hasn't budged, photo quality is mediocre, there's still no Adobe Flash support, and ports for HDMI, USB, and SD all require adapters.
The bottom line: The iPad 2 refines an already excellent product. Its easy-to-use interface, vast app catalog, and marathon battery life bolster Apple's claim to being the king of tablets.                                                                                                                                                       Specifications
